The cross street is 17th. Parking on street is $1.50 per 1 hour, I recommend to pay the $3.00 max for 2 hours as they ticket frequently in this area, or you can choose daily parking one block down is $7.85 per week day and $1 on the weekend. Unfortunately the parking lot next to my place is a private lot and ONLY available on the weekend (Sat-Sun) appointments.
You will see La Conia apartment and a blue clouded sky in my window at the foot of the apartment building. "The Retreat" is in the basement of the building where the private parking lot is. You go up the Appartment stairs and you will see the sign "The Retreat”, below the door buzzer. Dial #29 I can then buzz you in or meet you at the door, if you have scheduled an appointment in advance. You can then be buzzed in and follow the path down to the elevator and stairway on the left. You should see a sign saying "The Retreat” pointing down the stairs to the basement level. "The Retreat is to the left down the hall, down one step to the left again you will see my office door "The Retreat", Suite A.

Body and Skincare Treatment prices are listed in the previous links. All waxing services are $75 per hour and I recommend to comeback within 4 to 6 weeks. I will also recommend the finipil that is an antimicrobial cream that cools the follicle and closes them up after treatment preventing ingrown hair and thins your hair as it grows in; continual use reduces the hair growth by 15%. I also now have available "Epilar" that reduces the hair each time by 20%. Ask if you are interested.
